Much of the longevity industry runs on fear. That your best years are slipping, that the job now is to hold the line. We built Prologue on a different premise. You are at the start of your longest chapter, and preparing for it is medical work worth doing well.

Prologue is a telehealth medical practice. Physicians licensed in your state, prescription protocols, and follow-up. A physician oversees your protocol. The medications are prescribed, compounded by a licensed pharmacy partner, and shipped to your door.

What we believe
The industry gets it wrong twice.
The first count
Fear sells longevity. Your best years are behind you, the story goes, and the job now is to slow the loss. We think that framing is both wrong and expensive. It runs on urgency, and it treats you as a problem to be managed. You are at the start of the longest chapter of your life, and the decisions that shape it are the ones you make now.
The second count
The same industry that sells the fear oversells the science. Confident claims, thin evidence, and no way for you to tell which is which.
Prologue cites its sources. Where the evidence is strong, we say so. Where it is early or mixed, we say that too. The individual medication pages are written the same way. If a drug’s evidence is thin, the page says so before you bring it to your physician.
How it works
Joining, intake, physician, follow-up.
It starts by joining the practice. You choose a membership, and nothing is charged until a physician has approved your plan.
From there you complete your intake and sit down with a physician who has already been through it. They decide whether treatment makes sense. If they decide against it, you are not charged.
When a protocol is right, your physician prescribes it, the pharmacy compounds it, and it ships to your door. A physician follows up and adjusts the protocol as you respond.

Prologue’s medications are compounded by a licensed pharmacy partner. Every batch is tested for potency, sterility, and endotoxin levels before it ships.
Care continues after the first prescription. Consultations are built into every membership, and your protocol is adjusted as you respond.
