Prologue is a physician-led longevity practice. Every patient moves through the same four steps, and every first visit is a video call. After enrollment, the practice continues for as long as you remain enrolled, with physician consultations and protocol adjustments as your response shows up.

Nothing is charged until a physician has approved your plan. If they decide treatment isn't appropriate for you, you are not charged.
A fifteen-minute clinical intake covers your medical background, current medications, and what you're hoping for.
You enter it once and it becomes your file. Every Prologue physician reads it before they speak with you, and it stays with you for as long as you remain in the practice.
A physician licensed in your state of residence arrives having already been through your intake.
Your first visit is a video call, for every member and every protocol. They talk through what matters to you, decide which protocol fits, and prescribe.
Your medications, compounded by a licensed pharmacy partner, ship at the prescribed cadence.
Practice Members have three async clinical consultations per year. Concierge Members have eight async consultations and two sync video consultations per year. Protocol adjustments happen as your response shows up. New protocols can be added if your physician determines they fit clinically.
Practice Membership covers physician oversight and consultations at the included frequency. Concierge adds more consultations, including two sync video consultations a year. Both tiers give access to the full prescription catalog at member rates. Each protocol’s medication cost is billed monthly alongside your membership. Concierge longevity practices providing similar physician oversight can run $5,000 to $15,000 per year.

Exception · Not a stage in the pathTestosterone cypionate is a Schedule III controlled substance. Like every member, you start with a video visit, and DEA regulations also require quarterly video visits during ongoing therapy. The four quarterly visits are included in Practice Membership at no additional fee. All other steps in the path are the same.
