Nothing is charged when you join. Billing begins only after a physician has approved your plan. If they decide a protocol isn’t right for you, you are not charged.
Your membership pays for the care relationship. Medications are prescribed by your physician and billed at member rates. The medication cost depends on the protocol. Concierge longevity practices providing similar physician oversight can run $5,000 to $15,000 per year.
A representative example. Glucose Foundation (metformin and acarbose) runs $50 per month at member rates. With Practice Membership at $129, that comes to $179 per month.
A more involved protocol like Energy & Recovery (NAD+ and sermorelin) runs higher. The membership stays the same.
After your first protocol month, you can switch to annual billing at 17 percent off. Practice Membership is $1,290 per year and Concierge is $2,490 per year.
